Account being disabled? what to do?

Hi everybody, I'm not new to the forum and as my name suggest I'm Lompo.
I had to make a new registration because of this problem: last tuesday (12th) I changed the mail adress of my public profile. I then received a mail from the forums to confirm the new adress. Since then my account has been disabled in the sense that I can log in with my password, I see my name on the list of members connected, although the carachters are dimmed, and I cant post (when I tried comes out a message telling me my acoount has been disabled.)
I sent several message to the link below "contact us" but still I had no newes.
Is this normal and I just have to have patience or could be some problem.

Your Lompo profile says it is awaiting your email address confirmation.

Try PMing a Mod.
 
I changed the mail adress of my public profile. I then received a mail from the forums to confirm the new adress.
Maybe a silly question, but I want to be sure. Did you confirm it?



 
When I received the mail from the forum ads. I clicked the link in the mail that ask for confirmation.

I don't exactly how it works for this place, but usually/generally you can try:
- copy/paste the url from the mail to the browser. (clicking does not always work correct)
- re-request the email confirmation mail and try it again (by clicking or copy/paste).



 
Maybe is a silly question, but how do you re-request for a new confermation mail?

on the right side you will see an option to send a PM to her.

She is very nice and helpful, BUT spends a lot of her time on the WoW forums (she's also admin there). AFIAK she does regularly check here, but not necessarily every day.
