Hi i have a question about dual wielding. If i am to put 2x last wish runewords, will i get lvl 34 might aura or just plain 17?

You'll get a Slvl 34 Might aura.

But you will also attack very slowly. The last wish is wonderful in second hand, but I recommend you to use a faster weapon (botd for instance) in main hand.
