A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

So, through the desert areas. Three more levels or so, perhaps two, not really sure atm. I actually kept using the dagger in the halls of the dead, by using the terror spell to scare of the skellies, and then bravely charging forward to stab the Hollow ones about a kazillion times with the poison dagger before they finally croaked. I hired a prayer merc, and he was more then capable of tanking everything he met so far. The Maggot lair was as irritating as expected, but another unique dropped... Unfortunately, one that I already had, the deathspade. Sigh. The big wurm on the bottom flood caused some problems, since my poisonmancer can certainly dish out the green stuff, but he has trouble taking it. Three jumps back to town for instaheal were needed, before the wurm died. Phew.

Onward into the Lost City, which isn't exactly fantastic for a poisonmancer either, but it was easily managed. The lost tunnels were easy as well, but my venomdamage really shone in the clawviper temple. I used confuse to keep the hordes occupied, and I absolutely demolished them with the PD. The merc helped a fair amount as well. Fangskin dropped me a nice rare ammy with 24 MF, 2 more then my plain 22 MF one, so I could immediately switch (it's named Entropy Emblem after all). Ready to enter the palace.

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Just cleared the final arm of the Arcane Sanctuary. Confuse, poison explosion and poison dagger worked their usual magic here. Very satisfying really. Just made lvl 27, got myself Cathan's Sign and his Sigil here, as well as a Leadcrow from the summoner himself. He was rather difficult for me, since my cold resist was abysmal, and my life pool as well. One glacial spike cost me about a quarter of my health. But lucky enough, the merc quickly dispatched the confused hell goats, so he could focus on poor starry mantle guy.
I had an abysmal topaz drop so far through this act, and was barely able to fill a 3os breastplate with flawed tp before the arcane sanctuary. But two more flawed and 1 chipped topazz fell there as well, so that is promising.

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Well done Merlin on your progress. I took Moe out for a spin this weekend. He successfully ran countess three times, garnering an Ort, Eth, Ith, and Amn. I like the Amn. Still no 4os sword for a Spirit RW though, so Moe still goes through blues like it's a binge. He stopped at the Inner Cloister WP and may be able to defeat Andy in the next couple of days. I am certainly contemplating going to a different merc though, as 2 tanks are better than one, and the golem dies way too fast (even with over 2200 HP). One of these days some confusion-immune beast is going to tear Moe's head off, and it won't be pretty. An act II merc might be far better in getting that first body as well.

Yet another little update on the necromancer. I am quite surprised to find myself liking the playstyle, so far I have never really warmed up to them. No new waypoints, well, unless the Kurast Docks in Act 3 count :P
It took me two runs to clean out the canyon and all the tombs. Still find my mana pool sadly lacking, I really run through it with PD, golem recasting and confusing and PE'ing. Few problems though. Actually, almost none. The merc does the damage, the golem can tank (more on that later), and I can use PE to rapidly dispose of corpses. Of course, the low range of PE is rather disturbing, but those damaged REALLY lose a lot of life :P I haven't switched back from my lovely kris to the bow. I have only melee'd one more skellie since, this was a misclick actually.

Finds : my 3rd Arctic Binding (hehehe... just finished act II :P). Found a lot of set items: Isenharts brand and Horns, Cathan's Seal, Sigil and Rule and a berserker's hatchet. But the best finds so far have all fallen in these last 2 runs, I'll list them in order of importance
3) A Gambled Circlet, rare, with a crappy LR (14%), crappier PR (6%, but who's counting, really), good poison Damage(50 PD over 5 seconds) and good cold damage (7-27) I am sorely tempted to loose the chipped topaz helmet from the merc, stuff this beauty on his head, so I won't have to go shopping for weapons with cold damage on them. It is resting in my stash for now, to be used at gambling sessions.
2) A white preserved head dropped in one of the false tombs. Only 1 staff mod, +3 to clay golem. Needless to say, I fancied it a lot :P My previous one had utterly useless skills (+ to skellie summoning), but I have been *****ing about the frail gumby for a while now. Well, that frailty has pretty much disappeared for now (I know it'll reappear, but for now, he will do much better :P) He actually killed 2 or 3 skellies by himself! LOL
1) The Diggler. Really lucky, it fell in the last room to clear out before fighting Duriel himself. I never thought I would use that oddly named dirk, but it has some pretty sweet mods on there for a low lvl poison mancer, with 30 IAS, ITD, and both fire and cold resist at 25% (both needed boosts).

Duriel dropped a crushflange and Cathan's rule. But, seenig as I found the maggot fairly easy to manage, and seeing how this is the first time ever I have easy access to him from the entrance of the tomb (just need to pass 1 room), I might do a couple of reruns. I'll have to buy some mana pots first, I have to chug down about 4 to resummon gumby, keep little D decrepified and to keep on scratching his scaly behind with the little diggler.

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

OK Imageshack isn't playing with me today, so no screenshots right now. Moe killed Andariel (thrice) and picked up nothing of note on the first run, Vidala's Fetlock and another Langer Briser (even crappier than the first, this time with 31% MF) on the second, and Venomgrip on the third run. Andarial smoked Rusty, with over 2700 HP, in mere seconds. In fact, people who say that the IG has plenty of tanking ability are quite confusing to me because he does OK when the mobs are confused but dies very quickly even to Dark Ones when not. I just don't get it. Golem Mastery is now at 14.

Anyway, I had three seriously scary battles in the catacombs, including two champion packs and a boss pack all near the very entrance to the level. I had to hit and run, dodge lightning balls and generally spaz out a bit to stay alive. With only 12% FRW this was difficult. Good thing that Rusty is nearly immune to lightning (97% resistant now). I will be gambling boots until I can get one with MF AND FRW. Right now it's MF-pure on the boots.

After defeating Radament, which was easy due to Rusty's poison immunity and blowing up every single skeleton, I picked up the HC merc. He's so far about 10 times faster than Gaile, so I was sorry to see her go, but it's time for Curly Joe. His innate cold damage means I can worry about MF and damage on his gear. So he has an ethereal malice halberd. Not great but far faster than Gaile certainly. The first body falls quickly now, even at /P8. They stopped at the Dry Hills WP at level 52.

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Just pondering, what is your Summon resist at? If I recall, that seriously adds to the longevity of your trusty rusty...

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Three hard points as of now, but I doubt I'll put too many more there. When I summon I gather +4 more (+1 necro circlet, +2 necro wand, +1 summoning rare head - I know that's stretching the rules but your original post said no "graverobber's" on magic items, and this is rare- bleh). I'm mostly concerned about fire now, but I have Sparky to take over when fire duties are required.

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Yeah, I don't get it either. Rusty's potential for elemental immunity can be handy, and in general IG has its uses; but when it comes to withstanding a physical damage smackdown (typically what I want/need a golem to do), IMO Rusty plays second fiddle to Gumby, and it isn't close.

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

I agree completely. Last night I maxed out Golem Mastery. With the +4 he summons at each game (I'm searching VERY hard for circlets/amulets/wands with +3 summoning) Rusty now tops out at about 3400 hit points. That's not even lasting long in NM. A boss pack of wraiths hit me right at the entrance to the arcane sanctuary and proceeded to kill the golem and merc both in under 5 seconds. This happened three times until I just led them away down a path and parked them there. Tanking ability my butt. I was hoping to get off easily with a 1 point IG and 20 in Golem Mastery and 3 in Summon Resist (he is immune to poison and lightning now, with fire/cold at 52%) but I might have to start investing in Gumby a bit, as his HP skyrocket with more points in the actual skill. Perhaps not, I was really committed to Rusty. But then again, I was also committed to Gaile and it turns out that HF Hazade is far far better. Either way, now CE is maxed and GM is maxed, so Confuse is next. 12 more points to go and the core build is complete.

Moe will be parked for a few days so I can go skiing in Utah this weekend, and then when I come back I'll put some time into my Templar. Besides, I'm still hoping Merlin and Serdash can catch up.

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Skellophobic had a problem when the session started. He found someone had stuck a candle in a hole on his body where it really, really, REALLY doesn't belong. And worse, that vicious person had actually lit it! The message was quite clear to our skelliemancer, so he put on his fastest shoes, and wanted to sprint through the acts. Only, the even more vicious Merlin removed those boots, and once again stuck him in his MF slippers. Poor Skellie. Well, at least killing went quickly. As promised, a rerun of Duriel. The big slug croaked quickly. And dropped nothing but a chipped skull and two blues... on p8. Ok. Message received loud and clear. Besides, that candle was burning and burning...

Enter act III. Poor Ormus and Cain only saw a trail of smoke as Skellie rushed past them, ready to battle in the jungle. So what happened? Well, kill, destroy, maim, scorch (yeah, the kneeholes), kill some more, some weird statue. Oh, Meshif wants a statue. Wait, he has a bird. Oh, Alkor wants it. Great. Now he makes me potions containing the ashes of dead persons. Oh well, at least it didn't contain... bones.
Re-enter the jungle. Into the great marsh, and through it. Into the flayer jungle, once aain such an odd find, a gidbinn. Well, at least Ormus liked it enough to give a fantastically useless rare ring. Ah well, money is always usefull. Onwards our little skellophobic ran, seeing as how that candle was tickling his inner thighs in an entirely unpleasant fashion.
A certain lightning bolt emiiting treestump stood in the way of Skellophobic and civilization. He had had quite enough of the jungle, so he took his dagger, and poked dozens of holes in the bark. The stump reacted in a very predictable fashion... Onwards and onwards he ran. All sorts of vermin had decided to live in lower kurast. But skellophobic was really fired up now, and he left a trail of dead bodies behind him. Including some very intact skeletons (Yuck. Bones...)

Into the Kurast Bazaars, into the ruined temple. Suddenly, the vermin decided to retaliate. Skellophobic had an interesting time confusing boatloads of enemies, stabbing them, and PEíng the corpses. It was quite hectic, but eventually the enemy succumbed to his leet skill and the walming smoke coming from between his legs. Bring the book to Alkor, and some points in Dex. And onwards he went. Into the sewers... It's such a pain to have to do full clears when you find the entrance to level 2 right around the very first corner. And it's even worse when the big unique bat decided to croak from posion damage... right above the water. No drop, boohoo.

Downstairs, a champion pack of Horadric Ancients decided to form a welcoming committee, complete with a boatload of walking bones. Took out the old bow, found out it was completely useless, so back to the dagger, and simply confusing the skellies, PE on death. After the skeletons had passed on, the Horadric Ancients followed suit, and they left the skeletonboy alone with a boatload of chests, which all contained useless crap... Apart from one, which held a brain. Yuck.

A charging he went again, galloping into Upper Kurast, disposing of all sorts of Cantors, Fanatics and treestumps. Yet two more temples to visit, and lo and behold, a shine new gold ... dirk fell. YAY! Now I can dual wield the diggler, if I could dual wield!
Well, that one was stashed, and we continued in the frantic battle against the burning candle... Err, the evil minions I mean.
Gallopy gallopy gallopy, two more temples on a causeway, and then Travincail. Clear out all the Hierophants and Night lords and stuff, lure out the council,. and watch spectacularly useless crap fall. Not even one yellow, can you believe that? Oh well, SkelliePhobic got to stick all sorts of oozing organs on a flail and use it to mess up an orb.
Into the Durance he went... And new bony terrors came a walking... nay, a running in greeting. Perhaps someone lit a candle between their legs as well... Could very well be, they exploded after a little bit of time after all. Driven onwards by a burning desire(well, a burning candle, but the desire was to get rid of it really), the durance level one and two and three were all cleared. Got several more greens and stuff here as well. Mephy decided to crash the party at Wyand's. Wyand decided to ignore him however, and happily continued dying. Since I was doing full clears, first I ran away, got in a little bit of a struggle with Maffer, but got rid of him as well. Finally time to kill the big bad Act Boss, and he was easier then Duriel had been. A better drop too, with a Snakecord and a Ichorstring Dropping. As well as a rare unraveller head, that staid there (tons of unravelelr and gargoyle heads fell... Wehreas in the previous acts, few preserved and zombie heads dropped.
Into Act IV he ran. And once Tyrael saw skellie's predicament, he used his angelic powers and blew out the candle. At no extra charge too!

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Well done, Merlin! Tyrael is such a good arch-angel, isn't he?

Inspired by Skellophobic, Moe decided he'd kill Duriel as well, so after cleaning out the Canyon and only the true tomb (I really need to learn to explore the others since I miss out on lots of useless loot myself), Duriel wasn't too bad. He pretty much killed himself on Rusty's thorns and dropped two useless greens. Took a lot of trips back to town to heal Rusty but it worked and was effective. Each time Duriel took a swing at Rusty, his life would move noticeably. I made sure he stayed amped as well to speed the process.

Made a Spirit crystal sword. Made a new Rusty out of an ethereal Malice exceptional sword, so he actually helps out with damage rather than just standing there absorbing body blows. His HP stands at 3480. I need to get that to 5000 to be happy. Hmmm.

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Once again, candle free, Skellophobic decided to wage war upon the bunions of evil plaguing his bu... No wait, another tourney. To wage war upon the minions on evil. But first, to get reacquainted with old friend.
"Come on, trusy moron whose name I always forget."
*Huff puff*.
"Down these stairs... And dont let the boney bugs kill you!"
*Huff Puff*.
Ah, there's that bremmieboy again. Take that. In the eyesocket! Hah, watch him bleed. Now, trusty moron whose name I still dont remember, poke them in the belly. Yeah, like that. Poke that nasty Wyand."
*Wyand Croaks*
"Look at that! My old friend!"
Mephisto: Aaargh! Away with thee, thou whitehaired menace! I have scant wish to look upon your graying hair!
"Oh, no problems. I'll make it so you can admire my new gambled boots. You have't seen them yet, after all!"
*CENSORED*
Mephisto: Nooo! Beaten again! What will my brothers say? *croak*
"No idea. But I'll send them by, so you three can chat a bit, ok?"

So, back to the main events. Oh, my new boots you ask? Well...

Spirit Stalker
Boots

Durability: 12 of 12
Required Level: 18
Item Version: 1.10+ Expansion
Item Level: 28

Heal Stamina Plus 50%
Fire Resist +40%
14% Better Chance of Getting Magic Items
+2 to Light Radius
20% Faster Run/Walk
Repairs 1 durability in 20 seconds

Not bad, I say. Not bad at all... Too bad it misses some LR, but I can certainly make peace with the other stats.

Mephy dropped an Umbral Disk and another Cathan's Rule. Into Act IV we went. Killing was more difficult, but still easily handled by the merc with PE and PD backup. The golem had an average lifespan of about three fights. That dramatically dropped against the burning souls in the Plains of Despair. IZzy was as tiresome and as easy as ever. Two more points in the poison skills (one in PD, one in PE). Tag the waypoint, S&E, Atma the stash. Another visit to mephy yielded nothing but rares... And none useful for the necro (apart from an ethereal dirk).
Hephy died more quickly then the Smith in Act 1 did, and he dropped less useful things. He also dropped a hammer. After a bit of impromptu smith practice, skelliephobic smashed the soulstone of the big bad lord of hatred. And what do you think drops first? A perfect.... Skull, yes ladies and gentleman, the luck of the merlin strikes again!
So we left that bad boy behind. But the two flawless gems were more to my liking... A ruby and a Topaz. Cute. The rune? An Ith. Ah well, I've had worse.
Continue down the river of flame, enter the Chaos sanctuary. So, here for the first time I run into a pack I have serious troubles with... The Grand Inquisitor and his burly friends with the hot breath. They rushed the moron, cooked the moron... oh wait the gumby you ask? The moment they came a peepin, Gumby went a crumblin. So he was little help. Finally managed to seperate the hero from his minions, so the merc was able to take him down. Next, it was a one on one job while the others were just standing around, looking confused.

Lord De Seis and the Whatshisname Spectre thing posed far fewer issues. Then came the big D. I already made another thread about this, but since the map conveniently spawned with a fire shrine right next to his seal, I figured: Why not, and used it when I fought diablo. I strongly urge all of you to do so as well, if you ever get a chance. Just make sure to have a rejuv or health potion handy.
But even with half his life gone, Diablo was a pain. The merc died too quickly to be of any use, so I mainly fell back on summon gumby, lower resist, and poke big D in the back. Took forever and a day too, but I pulled through. Two times I was locked in a bone prison, but neither ptoved fatal.
He dropped one or two uniques I think, no greens. Press on into Act V. Pusehd on towards the next WP. No problems here, but none were expected anyways. A Goblin Toe fell here though, that was nice (also a first for me) I liked the above mentioned booties better though.

I decided not to rerun Diablo, since that fight took entirely too long. Instead, I tried to rescue some barbarians in the frigid highlands. Tried I say, becuase for some reason, the game indicated I couldn't complete the quest this session. Perhaps one of the barbs had died? Ah well. The waypoint in the next area was right at the entrance of the map, which was a good thing too, since I was pretty much overloaded with itamz in my stash. Another Gem shrine yielded my second perfect topazz... it was high time to do some larzuk powershopping and get me an artisans helm.
Before I re-entered, I decided to go for some equipment changes. I ahd found a 3os pike(non ethereal, alas), so I made a malice in it and tossed it into the morons hands. Since his circlet has cold damage, this was aviable tactic. Killing speed was improved a bit. As for me, I doublechecked the charms and the items. I ditched an SC with some PD and 6% PR that had come along from A1. I also took a long, hard look at my head. I liked the +3 to CG, but I felt that the poison damage might be to the detriment of the 1,2K or so damage my fully upped PD skill could do.
So the powershopping started, where I visited mala for wands, and larzuk for an Artisans helm. Shopping mala proved quite successfull... I found a wand with +2 to summoning, +2 to decrepify, +1 to summon resist and +2 to some other skill (I think Bone wall). So I merrily shopped that for 260K, only to immediately after realize that it was a grim wand... And those I couldn't use!
Sigh. what a creative way to loose 235K gold. I reckoned I was going to have to get back to atma, and get the diggler out in the alternate weapon slot after all. But first, powershopping Larzuk.
It took quite a bit of time, half an hour or so, but then he came along with an Artisans great helm with +12 to energy on it as well. Very nice! I freed the barbarians (again), collected my runes (a Sol dropped near one of the barbarian gates, so I was happy), and ATMA'd. Got the diggler, got my two ptopazzes, and put them in the helmet. The MF circlet went in the stash for gambling. What I needed now was a useful wepon on the offswitch (preferably something prebuff), and a decent shield. I have a superior spiked shield 2os in check in the stash for when that elusive shael drops by, but for now, I had to find something else. Well, that something else quickly dropped, in the form of a magic zombiehead with +2 to confuse and 5-14 poison damage. So I used that as my main weapon shield, and put the preserved head in the alternate weapon slot with the second diggler for prebuff.
Well, progress time now. Cleared the Arreat Plateau (an Amn fell as well). Thresh Socket dropped nothing. Enter the Crystal passage, got mugged by an EF frenzytaur pack. It was more difficult then it should have been, but in the end, I persevered. The rest of the passage was easy as pie. Into the frozen river, free anya. The reward? A unraveller head with no mods. I dropped it immediately (as per rules).
Time to visit nihlatak. Quickly.. well, not so quickly, but quick enough, got rid of the skellies above, pindle included. First lvl, slow going due to the many walking dead here. Luckily enough, I could use PD on the frenzytaurs :P
Here the abovementioned rare yew wand dropped. I was quite pleased with it, because it had +1 to Necro skills, +2 to PE, +3 to terror, +20 FCR, 6% LS, 31% CR and 1 free socket slot. Good weapon on the switch, I could freely use it to prebuff the Golem, and also to do some major PE damage. Terror could be useful sometimes, but I hardly ever use it for now. Not sure what to do with the socket though...
So on the main weapon i used Pd and confuse, on the alternate slot the other skills. Quite convenient, meant I didn't have to mess around with the preselected skills for the main weapon slot anymore. A thul rune dropped here as well.
Down below, another large and fairly boring experience. Didn't tag the WP though. In level 3 I finally got to off nihlatak after a very easy fight. I simply PE'd every corpse that appeared (was used to doing that with the skellies anyways), and stabbed nihlatak a couple of times. The Lower resists curse was continuously over his head, worked well enough.
So he has croaked, and I am free to continue to the next map areas, in order to find the ancients (the next quest). Only 1 Set item dropped, one that I already had, namely Isenharts horns.

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Last update.
The ancients died, real easylike as well. Decrepify and PD owns them.
Went on to tag the WP, so all that is left is baal and the moo moo farm.

Several finds now. Two manald heals, both crap. Vidala's fetlock, berserkers hauberk, angelic halo, angelic mantle. Also a 2os demon head with +2 to confuse. Good rhyme candidate, I'd say.

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Two baal runs in a row. First one to become destroyer, second one for some more XP. One more time, and the cowlevel immediatley after, and I'll be done with normal.
No problems with the mobs leading up to Baal. Toughest pack was Achmel, who spawns Poison immune. Lister and his buddies didn't prove to be much of a challenge, allthough my merc was way too weak to tank more then two of them. However, Pd, and decrepfiy worked their usual magic. Besides, the buffed Gumby helped in slowing them down, provided they didn't target him.
Baal himself was interesting. I tried two approaches. First time around, Lower resist. Wasn't a particularly hard run, but it didn't seem like it worked very well. He jumped all over the place, and spawned his clone a few times. He still died of course, but the seocnd run proved way easier. sed decrepify there. It would be interesting to see the effects of cold damage +Gumby + Kelpie Snare + Decrepfiy. If those would add up, I'd say Baal would turn into a statue :P

Drops? A, nothing useful. First run: Ceglaw's Tooth. Second Run : Isenharts lightbrand + an ethereal Steeldriver.

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

That steeldriver wouldn't be a bad IG weapon. Not sure you're ever going to put any points into it though. Good progress though Merlin, well done!

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Moe, Rusty and Hazade went from the Kurast Docks to Lower Kurast, getting the pieces of Khalim needed for later, as well as two levels which promptly went into Confuse. He also got a good equipment upgrade, finding a rare +2 summoning skills amulet which is great for loading the game and getting the golem a bit stronger. Right now it is still a malice sword and it works just fine. As it stands now, Moe summons his golem with +6 to all summoning skills, giving Rusty over 3700 HP.

Moe found the unique battle belt (grailer for me, HC or SC) and the unique halberd Woestave. Now that is a wonderful golem tool, even better than the General's flail. I'll keep that one for hell difficulty as well.

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Good run there, OldSoldier :P
As for me, tried to do one more Baal run, but he refused to spawn his first minion wave, even though the level was entirely free of enemies (checked the entire map three times). Hmm. Ah well, immediately through to the cows.

Ok, can I just make a statement that the normal cows are absolutely owned by confuse +PE/PD? I could easily have survived without a merc and gumby there, allthough some more FHR would have been terribly useful at that point. I think it took me all of 10 minutes to clear out the map, of which 9 minutes were spend on porting stuff forth and back for selling and stashing. Not entirely displeased with my cow run. Got me a Dol rune, after all. Also plenty of topazzes and 2 flawless topazzes, and two set items...another green light belt (can you imagine that?) and a second green belt.

So now I have 4 arctic bindings, and two hsaru's iron stay's. In reference, as of yet I still miss the green breastplate :P

Re: A new tournament: "Make no bones about it"

Oooh, well, started nightmare. Cleaned out the blood moor and the den and the cold plains and the cave. Not too difficult yet, allthough I am going to NEED to look for FHR items. And quite a few too... With my low life, pretty much any hit doing enough damage sends me into recovery.. .and that, sirrah's, ain't good.
Since I had no more room in the stash, the cube and my inventory, I quit there... Not too much progress, but I just had to share my latest find.

Gambled <==== This is the PRecioussssssss
Ghoul Gorget
Amulet
Required Level: 48
Item Version: 1.10+ Expansion
Item Level: 50
Fingerprint: 0x3b6c604f
+9 to Energy
Fire Resist +17%
Lightning Resist +56% <======== Would you lookit that!
Cold Resist +17%
Poison Resist +17%
+1 to Necromancer Skill Levels <==== Very nice for a necromancer (Duh)
Level 1 Teleport (22/22 Charges) <== Another much sought after option.

If it had had some MF, I would have been swooning with delight.
As soon as I replace my breastplate with a 4os Gothic plate with some Ptopazzes in, I will trade out my current ammy (with 25% MF) for this one. It should really help with resistances, also in hell.

I have already mentioned my booties, which were nice... But this one is really good imho.

I had some other finds, but nothing this good.. .Allthough the Arctic horn completed my first set with this char. Also found another Visage of Cathan, as well as a Stormguild. ColdCrow dropped nothing (a crappy rare francisca and some blue assassin claw)
