A Fun Pvp Amazon Build...
I'm thinking of making this build...comments...suggestions...welcome.
Advantages of This build:
Cheap non cookie cutter
145 ias = 7/2 breakpoint
Triple Knockback
40% slow
43% openwounds
25% crushing blow
45ds/30frw or 15ds/55frw/+25 DEX (Depending on Highlords/Cat's/Charms)
Disadvantages:
Low physical damage...
This build lacks resist...
About Disadvantages:
Low physical damage...for pvp i think fast fire + slow + open wounds + triple
knockback will kill well enough...
Lack of resists...d/a/e and good tactics take care of that...
but Anni/Charms will help if needed.
Equipment
Highlord's or Cat's Eye
2x 15ias Unique Giant Skull
Nef Upped Riphhook (Or not upped if you want more vit)
15 ias Twitchthroe (Or 45 ias + other mod jeweled armor...)
Nosferatu's Coil Belt
Hit Power Crafted Gloves
STATS/SKILLS/INVENTORY
PVP: Haven't tried but...cheap not cookie cutter..."BM" fun =)
Str Base-61-81...depending on Anni/Charms
Dex Base-74-119...GA req no AR so base...depending on Anni/Charms/Cat's Eye
Vita Rest...More life = less dying.
NRG Base-More...Guided costs little mana...Multi chugs mana...use pots
or consider putting points here.
GA 1 point or more...to increase damage/reduce mana.
Multi Arrow 20 point...for casters esp. minion stackers
Dodge Avoid Evade 20 point...less hit = less dying...helps valk...
Critical Strike 1 point or more...you have shitty damage but every
little bit helps
Valk 20 point...meat shield vs. ranged esp. guided/spirit
Decoy 20 point...meat shield vs. ranged esp. guided/spirit
Slow Missiles 1 point or more...for casters
Equipment was listed above...except rings...use absorb/resist rings for hard
casters depending on situation.
Carrion for psn
Wisp for light
Raven for cold
Dwarfs for fire
PVM: Seems like cheap very safe build...good for hc?
fastest strafe...triple knockback...slow...high d/a/e...beast valkrye/decoy...
Str 61-81...depending on Anni/Charms
Vit Base-100...depending on how often you commit tactical errors
Dex All the rest...because Strafe needs AR and helps damage
NRG Base...Use Manald/Rare for one ring slot...or just pot...
Same as PvP skills except strafe replace multi...maybe Penetrate/Pierce
CHARMS SELECTION:
Good charms for this build would be fhr,frw,resists,ar,max,or stats.
Maybe passive skillers...
REGARDING THOSE WITH QUALMS ABOUT USING SLOW/KNOCKBACK:
Smite has knockback plus stun...people use it.
People use cold damage...Necros have decrep...people use it.
I don't believe it is bm...but if you do this build is not for you.
Also, just remembered Ice new runeword...maybe use that instead of riphook for slow not requiring a hit...less knockback though...
Also, maybe pierce for PvP for multi shoting minion stackers....
