That is a pretty sweet claw! If it had +3 to Cloak of Shadows too then I'd really be drooling over it
I have been hunting for a just-right 'Chaos' base for my Whirlwind / Shadow Disciplines Assassin for months and months now, ideally Feral Claws or Runic Talons for the better WSM. My game has been very stingy with good staffmods.
My questing character just found another grailer!
This Halaberd's Reign brings my my self-found to -28. (Also, that aegis in the same screenshot just brought my single-socket grail up to -11!)
It looks like this topic is now over 15 months old, which is about as long as most of our previous item find threads (Beyond Infinity, Buckle My Shoe, Friday the 13th, Aww...I missed you too, etc.) I considered starting a new item find topic with this post, but I couldn't think of a suitably clever turn-of-phrase for a title. When one of you decides to begin a new item find thread, would you please leave a link to it here?

Back from vacations and in to normal routines. Baaling with UT99er contender "the old fashion way". I have lost count how many Ber runes this char has dropped. 6-7?
I made some runewords for a Fury druid. Very happy with the BotD roll. I have been playing regularly for few months in row now and it seems more and more that finding runes is easier than proper bases for the runewords, spent a lot of time hitting a rack in LK just to get a simple +3Fury. The Brand bow is probably the most niche runeword i have ever made, its role is simply to get hit and cast amp damage.

@Naab LOL, it sure seems that way. I used to pick up and stash just about every socketed item and luckily I still have those old Atma stashes. It seems that many of the runewords I've been making of late come from those stashes! I also made my metamorphosis in just a +3 Fury pelt. I found it in D2R questing through normal in the bloody foothills. I didn't immediately use it because I thought I could find something better.
Oh my gosh. I've done about 200 total baal runs for essences. Complaining the whole time because he's a crap target for...everything. Then I see this and unique scourge #10 delivered. This is the first truly rare item he's dropped and it was one of 3 remaining grailers! I thought it would take months of p1 mfing to have a chance at a grailer. Now only fathom and tyrael's left. Ah man I'm pumped.

I've put a few hours into the game over the past week or so for the first time in a few years. I did manage to find a couple facets that I apparently didn't have before and also decided to gamble a bit with the gold from Travincal runs. I feel like this was a good gambling return, which I also thought was a grailer at first:

This is going to look like a whole lot of junk, but they are all fantastic finds which fall into my yearly goals!
Just need an Ormus' with ice blast and warmth and the Ormus' Robes grail is complete!

Sort of endgame in its own way, and fun, but I don't know. Depends on what Elexa is going to be wearing.
I like regeneration and it's very useful for some things, though I would be reluctant to sacrifice too much damage reduction for it. Should the rogue wear rune words I can use a Larzuk reward to punch holes for a couple of Sol runes in it to have a nice balance. On the other hand the perfect other solution is one with life everlasting and a couple of Dol runes which nets greater numbers overall.
