RIP Angela and Sangelia...two Angels felled just like that.
ChaosZerker has made it to the Far Oasis but is yet to go through the Maggot Lair. He's plodding along reasonably well but very much looking forward to his later life because all the skills he'll really use frequently are Level 24+, ALMOST there.

ChaosZerker has passed on for good. Have I ever said how much I hate Act 2? Many hate the jungle, that doesn't bother me, but I find Act 2 a chore.
Anyway, that said, I killed Duriel the normal way once without any troubles at all, but then I got impatient (usually a phrase that precedes a death) and tried to run to him, got swarmed by beetles and apparitions in his tomb and was dead before I knew it. Oops.
The disappointing thing about this one was that I'd done all the hard work, still attacking with normal swing with 13 skill points saved, and he was JUST about to get out of the slow, annoying phase and come into his power.

Ouch Wolron, I'm not sure I've ever had that happen to me (unless it has and I attributed it to FE or something), but I can imagine it must be annoying.
Good luck with the next one...I'll be starting fresh too soon, but haven't decided which character yet.

Boneaparte has defeated Duriel and boarded the boat to Kurast having received the ubiquitous Isenhart's Case at the first attempt. I was amused to see the second "green line" on it once I id'ed it. I'd forgotten it was Isenhart's Horns I got from Andy. Now I've taken the Biggin's Bonnet I found in Act 1 (was a grailer interestingly enough...thought I had one, but it must have been back in 1.10) off my merc and he's enjoying the partial set bonus of the two pieces.
I'm still wearing 2 chippy ethereal hard leather armour. Being ranged and trying not to get hit had made it last well. I think it's at 12 of 17 or something like that.
Not too sure about the order I'm increasing the skills, but it seems to be working ok so far, even if it's not totally optimised. After saving so many on my Poltergeist and seeing them go to waste, it's nice to be on 0 saved skill points all the time with Boneaparte.

Bone_Wrap is wielding a bone spear with about 200 damage. That finished of Mephisto at P8 rather easily. A couple golem regenerations and both Bone_Wrap and the Mercenary (Act II defensive) killed Mephisto twice without any mishaps. The reward was Hsarus' Iron Stay belt. That was extremely useful because it replaced the ethereal sash that was just about to be worn out. The cold resist and the life will both be very useful. Now the only two ethereal items are his boots and gloves. The chain gloves are probably never going to wear out (still 25 durability after playing most of act 3 with them). The boots have only lost one durability point in the same length of time.

Boneaparte has defeated Meph, who at the fourth time of asking was rather tight and dropped Cleglaws Claw, which will be completely useless, but progress we do!
As Wolron has said...plugging away rather comfortably with bone spear, just need to be careful not to get cocky like I did with two other strong characters (silly me!).
