1 more amulet question...

ive been crafting 4 a while now and i never seem to get over 10% fcr....im using a lvl 89 character to do it. how do u get it to about 15-20 cast rate?

The fixed mods of caster ammy only gives 5-10FCR. You need a random mod of 10FCR to happen at the same time to get 15-20FCR, so it'll require a bit of luck.
