Re: 1.13 drop probabilities
Ok, so just a question out of curiosity (two in fact):
1) How is the high rune drop rate looking like right now? you see, "twice as likely" or "three times as likely" is still damn near impossible odds. Have the HR drops increased so much as to actually affect statistics on how difficult they are to get? or people are still not likely to find one in this lifetime unless they bot 24/7 ?
2) Wow a drop calculator on day 2 of PTR? How does one proceed to get such information from the game's files?

So we can see that an Ist will drop in 1.13 closer to a Mal rate in 1.12, rather than an Ist rate in 1.12.
Looking at higher runes, Lo runes in 1.13 will be easier to find in 1.13 than Ohm runes are in 1.12. In fact, finding a Lo in 1.13 will be the same as finding a vex in 1.12, pretty much.
It's easier to do it this way, rather than talking about rarities.
2) Having a not too busy day and standing on the shoulders of giants, as always. And I coded the drop calculator pretty well for being extended, since I had 1.13 in mind.
I also updated GoMule, ATMA and the RRM for single player ^^
