Council will eventually drop those amulets as well, but it might take 1-15k runs. I got everything from them.

Pretty sure Andy can drop HLW as well

One more - is there a 1.07 Grail Spreadsheet anywhere? I was kind of working on one to track what I find, but don't want to re-invent the wheel...
 
That would be neat. I'm curious what I'm missing and would have to get from non-rack targets...

edit: I'm tempted to run A5 special chests (the ones that can drop uniques) for any wands/bows that I might be missing but then again.. who cares? Doesn't look like even objects can drop hydra bows...

andariel has way better chances for unique amulets, once you have the breakpoint

only highlords(or cats) and the AD-amu are good tho imo

cresent moon is nice too
 
does gladiator's bane give res? I don't recall it doing so

edit: skullder's gives 25 mdr but the res is more important for mercs, typically, so you don't have to use another slot.
 
well, depends i guess

still the biggest argument for tal armor is imo the availability with great mods

for huge pdr the safety(?) armor trumps probably all of them
 
I think magic dmg is far more important in 1.07 due to MSLE and hydras and stuff like that but I'm sure pdr helps a bunch, too.
 
+1 RE: the spreadsheet, if one turns up or someone decides to make one, I'd be interested. So hard to keep track with ATMA.

Few questions (that I feel I've asked before/already have read the answer, but here we go anyway):

1. What clvl is best when crafting Blood rings?
2. Is it worth it to craft any other rings than Blood rings?
2. What crafting recipe(s) have the (very slight) possibility for +3 amazon skill gloves? What clvl should I be to craft these?
3. Is it in any way possible to find ethereal non-magical Archon Staff in 1.07?
 
since one can get silly amounts of lifeleech on blood rings, they are the best and other are imo a waste

+3 gloves are only possible with the lesser crafts and clvl>90 (read 91+)

I think archon staffs are not findable from chests nor monsters, so grey/white ones are impossible (racks anyways, because no staff racks)
 
I've opened a LOT of A5 chests and haven't seen hydra bows or archon staves. I've killed a lot of cows and monsters in A5 in general and haven't seen them, either, so I'm inclined to believe at this point that they can't be dropped at all (which was the consensus afaik to begin with). I was hoping that maybe they could be dropped by chests but no luck so far, and neither can be racked. Racking is pretty much the only reason we can get most of the best items in 1.07, though some CAN be dropped very very rarely from unique monsters (wizardspike + shako are possible from monsters iirc, as well as most/all exceptional uniques)

I think we can be about 90% certain that neither ist nor mal drop in LK in 1.07. Nice gul, though!

Feel free to join me in the RoF to see if there are ist or mal patterns there, though...
 
Mmh, where can I level up from lvl 46 to 49 the fastest?

My Orb is at lvl 1, and static is maxed, warmth too, teleport some points

Just want to wear Trangs Armor
 
Hmm. Assuming you don't have hell cows available, somewhere in NM A3-5 with lots of melee monsters is probably best and safest.

Might have to chug a lot of rejuv pots and use the vendor trick with them for the time being, but it will work. A mediocre mpk ring (or 2) will go a long way for this kind of thing.

You can use 1 pt blizzard if you opt to kill bosspacks (pindleskin/shenk or something like that), since blizz is probably better at 1 pt than FOrb . Council is also possible but they're a lot harder in NM than you can probably handle atm.
 
I'm lazy to check, but I assume there are no sets missing in 1.07 that are in 1.10+ ? Makes the sets part of a spreadsheet easier...

Also does anyone know exactly what jewelery He'll Andy can drop?

A dive into the text files doesn't help much as the "Level" (undefined if qLvl or iLvl) doesn't agree.

Edit:
The number relates to the Treasure Class.
1,2,3 = TC3
4,5,6 = TC6
etc.
