Can anybody confirm what TC Andy can drop on Hell? Can she drop any ring/ammy? I've been running her, but she drops nearly all normal quality items. The 1.07 Guide says that she will drop up to TC 40. I believe the highest she's dropped for me so far is TC 30. I'd like to find some of these items though:

Andy can drop any ring/ammy except Mara's.

Re: Resistances with the 'ghetto' MF setup, I got most of mine from a) Charms, b) Rare belt and gloves (gloves had 25%MF as well as resists), c) single resist 4xPTopaz armor of the whale/negation*, d) single resist 3xPTopaz helm of the tiger* e) PDiamond in the Mili shield.
*I simplified in my earlier post about the ghetto setup when i said 4xPTopaz armor and 3xPTopaz helm, as in 1.07 those can be magical.

Stupid Galtwish---I put the 23% ED/9-16 fire damage jewel in the Guillame's Face...now it has an rlvl of 58. I should have saved the jewel for a Tal's Mask for questing and switched to Guillame's for bosses. Tal's Mask seems to be a better overall endgame hat for Vengeance/Frenzy/Fire Claws/Maul which will be my next 3 builds. Sigh.
Assassin ran through Duriel's tomb, not bothering trying to clear it. I swithced to a LR/FR FHR rare belt over IK belt and kept my resists but hit the 86% FHR breakpoint which helped run around crowds of skellies to kill Unravellers. Duriel was a joke, dead in less than a minute due to superfast CB. On to Act 3 and a brief stop for rack running w/BoS and some leveling before facing the Council. Still haven't found a poison bow to socket--should I just PEmerald up a 6os Crusader Bow or a 4os Superior Razor Bow I have sitting around? It's dangerous to run around PIs and I'm concerned about getting hemmed in by them in The Chaos Sanctuary and WSK.

Quick update: Took the Assassin to LK, may take on the Council tonight. Still haven't found a good poison bow, and burned my last socketing quest reward on an Arcing composite bow that only ended up with 2os. It looked like it would have been the best overall choice for the 'Sin and for A1 mercs to use as an endgame weapon with 1-300 lightning damage, fast attack, and the potential for 4os. Grumble. I may use another Larzuk reward on a Razor Bow w/CtC Amp Damage for a PI breaker, but I think I'm stuck with the 2os bow for now.
The Axe Barb sped through A3-A5 and is now Slayer S_words. I used The Humungous to crush Baal in less than a minute, but the Frezny is where it's at: 2 rare cleavers + Sigon's gloves/belt/boots and he runs and swings so fast he's hard to control. Doesn't really matter, though as he OHK every non-boss monster from A3-A5. He doesn't need crushing blow yet and I think I'll see how far he can go without it (or changing out Sigon's). Barb's a very skill point hungry: Battle Orders, Frenzy, weapon mastery, all the 1 pt wonders...at least he's fun to play. I'm at L33, waiting to get to L45 to equip 2x +3 Warcrys weapons, +3 Warcry's ammy, and the Warcry skiller for prebuffing. I think I also have a hat with +2 Barb Skills, +2 Battle Orders lying around...this toon may be the one that gets the highest skill level, but it will be hard to beat the 'Sin who's casting a L35 Shadow Master right now.

My frenzy barb usually runs with a level 27 BO (28 after BC). But for kicks and poops, I muled on a +5 helm, a +2 skills ammy and a +1 skills armor and got these:

@Darkooo: I've done 2k+ before (it was also a map where I was running 2 racks so that is actually 4k+ drops). Sometimes the game just doesn't like me.
@Helvete: I'm pretty sure 4 sockets on a craft is impossible (even if you get the jewelers prefix). I'd love to be wrong though.

I've been shopping around trying to upgrade my sorc gear. (orb/static) I'd like to be able to do some hell diablo or baal runs with 556% MF. I currently have like 557 or something. Of the items you listed, I'd socket one of the first two armors (unless you are already sorted for cold res?). The pally shield is also very cool. I item to pretty much take care of all your resistances is just funny (it would give 147 res all with 4xPDiamonds +30 from the Anya quest covers you to 77%res all in Hell) and would make an awesome item to brag about (its a shame it didn't have a nice suffix though - PDR or +life would have been uber).

Hey guys i just noticed a little bug in the game when rushing in 1.07. In act 5 when you have a char in the game who havent done the barb quest before(so the barbs havent been saved) and save them with the rusher char who has done the quest before,the rusher ALSO gets the reward(ort runes=yumm).Now the problem is that Darkooo thinks that is a bit too much cheese, because the rusher shouldnt have to get the quest done again and get the reward and i think its ok, because its obviously a game bug and like you know bugs are meant to be used:tongue:
So what do you other 1.07 players think about this?
