I'd feel such relief finding a HR that cannot be used or cubed for enigma-usage as my first HR after enigma! I don't remember what mine was, but pretty sure it was for either CtA or HotO.

Monsters don't have massive HP in classic; that was added with 1.10 IIRC. If you like a build, do it. Even if it is not S tier, or even A or B tier. Doing the build you like will help remind you why you are still spending time on this game, and still enjoying it.

@Excalibur Looks very PvP-ish to me. The sort that was filled with Ruby Jewels of Fervor. However, 20FCR, 30FRW or really high dex are probably more desirable suffixes. Maybe facets would be another story, for some obscure non-lightning based build.
