I dropped an eth one of these. When I put it on my smite damage was much higher than with my grief. Most likely from the extra skills. Four pally combats have a good bit of value. It has plus damage that transfers to smite and has crushing blow that carries to smite. Because of this I put a zod in it and ran some Ubers. It kills faster than my Grief. Before you scrap one hit me up I'll pay more than gold to have another.

Think we'll have to add some prices then.
So looks like 2 uses for it:
Non eth ones are used for budget smiters (+4pcomb, +magic dmg, like grief, adds to smite, CB and IAS)
Eth ones are used for Zealots in PVP but because of slow target it can be consider bad manners
Having all those variables will make it tough to find a perfect one, see ETH tomb reaver. You may see a hundred of them before you find the magic combo:
This went for Vex+
Another with decent rolls (+4 Pal, 270% ed, +75 dmg+188% bonus to AR) went for pgem-lum
