Flickering Flame Runeword revealed

This is now becoming a daily occurrence as Blizzard pushes more 2.4 info out the door. Today’s Diablo 2 Resurrected runeword is Flickering Flame. There is also a new version of Plague.

I like the Flickering runeword. Vex is kind of hard to find, but it matches the benefits it's offering. +3 to fire skils, that will probably be useful for sorcs, bowazons and druids.

Regarding Plague, you have probably found another few runes to make much better runewords.
