Took a short but worthwhile visit to Lower Kurast. The Mal-rune is nothing too special but is kind of nice since half an hour earlier i had spent one in Prudence.

It is not all fun and games in LK im in ISO of dust to respec the barbarian, but along the way one of the random mobs decided to drop me this beauty :) now what am i going to do with that... perhaps put it into a bramble armor however i do not own a dweb so i wonder how usefull that is.

Well consider me jealous... that was in Hell I guess because of the ilvl? I'm still unsure if you can get +3 in NM on titan's... I couldn't even get +3 in whites
 
+3 requires alvl 60. Not possible in NM LK (55) but is in Act 4/5. LINK

A few questions:
  • Any value to above 30% FCR rolls? I have a lot of them.. Or, should I just Hel and re-roll?
  • On that note, any idea on value for a 35% FCR?
  • I've been trying to roll only 140+ def. Does it even matter?
  • I have several 200 def ethereal. Should I try and roll those for A3 Merc?

The affix level is something else than the monster level. The affix level is the result of a formula into which the item level and the base quality level is fed (and the magic_level if non-zero). You can find the formula in the statistics forum or you are checking it in this affix calculator.

Are these from 1.07 or 1.08 or is it a kind of rare which you are dreaming of? In the latter case, rares cannot have more than +2 to a skilltree from an automod. Only magical ones can.

BTW, I have a LK map with a rack that produces ceremonial javelins sometimes. Two Titan's so far, but none of them ethereal. I haven't done LK for some time now, however.
