LOL. I really need to get someone else to roll RW for me. I've made three Death's now at 315, 317 and 318 ED, the only Spirit I bothered to roll was 26 fcr, and it usually takes me about 3 Insights to get a decent Critical Strike roll. Either that or just stick to fixed RW. My CoH and Destruction were perfect.

I've found two or three of them on bnet, but I think this is my first one on SP.

Correct.

My mistake was that even though weapon TCs are occurring twice as often as armor TCs, there are probably more than twice as many TC87 weapons than armors.
 
Well... also, class specific items (such as auric shields) have a higher base chance of spawning higher quality than non class specific item (such as scepters).
 
Nevertheless, once I have a 4 socket Griswold's caduceus (crossing thumbs), I will probably start a paladin involving the by far most rare set. I could never complete the set in a ladder season, although I was close a few times... 3 TC87 items, only the armor is dropping all the time. Still a good merc armor though, both for leveling (add 3 pamethysts for +50 str, a level req in the fourties and a str req of about 100, perfect for equipping a CV early on) and for later on (pretty good with 3 IAS jewels, although Treachery is better).
