The Noodle Compound V. 2.0

Re: The Noodle Compound

I did not volenteer my spare time to have some douche of a customer yell at me over something so small as a sleeve hanging out of a bag... why is there always that 1 in a 100 person who has a problem with the world? Anywhere else other than the chairty shop I would of told her where to shove it, but as I have to act a certain way there I just smiled and let it slide.

Anyway rant over, feel better now, will not let her ruin my day.

aww, you poor thing!! *hugs* i've had it too, like no joke. I had a lady YELL at me (im not kidding, she actually yelled at me) for asking if she wanted a plastic bag for her bull**** and another one talk to my manager because she thought it was "rude and unprofessional" of me asking her to put the basket she had in her ****ing ugly hand back on the rack. my station is small, i actually didn't think it would kill you. Not to mention might work out that *** off soem more (when she came in, she was wearing yoga pants, a workout top, and sneakers). Oh, and she kept flaunting her money. Her cred card wouldn't work on my machine so i had to use another station to cash her out at. When her card was finally accepted, she arrogantly exclaimed, "There's something wrong with your machine. My card works and I have plenty of money in my bank account." Wanna know how close I came to say, "Well, I hope you donate some of your money to charity." *****.

I love alcohol too :highfive:

Lurker's are bad, don't be a lurker. I used to be a lurker once. Seriously. Lurker. Me. Yea. It happened.

I Haven't been drinking. FYI.

really? you were a lurker? glad i got you to open up! :D (will get to that in a minute!)

I was a lurker for a long time, then I met kegs in the bar ..... (That was back when Kegs had less than 2k posts)

That would be about two weeks ago?

:rolf: nice!

It is slightly his fault at least, I also blame corax.

Before they came here I was only posting in the Single Player Forum, now look at me

nuh-uh! I blame myself too because I had started a Secret of Mana thread in the OTF: Other Games area. That is my first memory of you. :cloud9: you loved this game, you encouraged me to play it thru (which i still want to) and your other love was Zelda 2. ahhh, memories. ^_^

I reject your conditions, now look at me!

*gawks lovingly at a neekkid Kestegs*

Re: The Noodle Compound

Ah yes, the SoM thread. That also was the beginning of all this as well.

And I'm not nekkid. I've got a pink Tutu on!

Re: The Noodle Compound

OMG, get home from the local watering hole to do my usual late night drive by on the forums and there is a Gorny sighting. Probably wake up in the morning just to find that it was just a figment of my imagination.

*returns to lurking status*

Re: The Noodle Compound

kegs, I hope the ticking coming from under your bed doesn't keep you awake.

Vivi, it is indeed chimpanzee tea, made for chimps, by chimps, from chimps. Best tea ever.

Re: The Noodle Compound

Ook?

They don't sell it here. What I find most unusual is that teabags on a string are so hard to come by in the UK and Ireland.

Re: The Noodle Compound

They are now vivi, although herbal teas usually have them on, but your standard milk and hot water tea (white tea? green tea? iunno colors confuse me), tend to not be. (Heck we have triangle ones, round ones, square ones...¬.¬)

@Leo: Thanks :).

Re: The Noodle Compound

black tea that would be. Last time I was in Northern Ireland we had to buy tea. Tetleys it was, and no strings attached. Literally. My friend told me that esp the elderly generation detests tea on string. They prefer to struggle with spoons getting the damn bag out.

Re: The Noodle Compound

Yeah we were just disscuing that here, as my housemate was using a knives handle to wrestle a teabag out of his mug. :/

Re: The Noodle Compound

Oh, don't worry, a bit of ticking wasn't about to keep me from sleep.

I'm not as young as I used to be, that's feeling more and more apparent now.

Not having a string on the tea bag seems a bit silly.
