Self found (dropped in act 5 on my way to Baal)

Really thought high dual leech was only available in 1.07 (I got a screenie somewhere from my old Havoc Turn ammy: 7/5 leech 45% MF and lvl 12 req )

Found in NM act4 while questing.
They could have some dex or str instead of frost nova and 20 fhr.. But they work just fine on my bone necro

Str doesnt spawn on boots, only dex does. But they are nice boots for selfuse.

I became this (D2Classic) amu by trading:

45%MF and dual leech on a lvl 12 req amu....

Its not a bug; the mod used to spawn on boots pre-1.08.

You could also get up 49% resistances on boots; e.g. Ruby boots could have up to 49% fire resist, etc.

In theory, you could get 30 frw, 20 fhr, 40%+ of any 3 resistances on a pair of rare boots.

Some people preferred stat mods though; e.g. 30% run +19 str +19 dex +resists.

I think currently you can get 8% LL or ML. In 1.07, leeching was insane(I think I've seen rings with over 30%).

Only 13 Dura and slow repair But when upped (1433 max dmg), it will be used in (hopefuly) mixing some braincocktails in PvP. It hits the last WW bp
