I traded for a rare pally circet then sold it for twice of what I paid few days later. It was 2-20-2 pal with 36hp rare. 500 fake gold profit if you know what I mean.

Nothing too crazy.

I got ripped off into trading my Ist for a Gul (as Gul's value is plummeting and it's worth far less than Ist).

So I opened a game looking to get rid of my Gul for another poor sucker with an Ist. Some rich kid comes in and just gave me an Ist for free.

So I took my Gul & Ist and traded it for an arach. Good stuff.

I got an ethereal Skullder's Ire and sold it for Um. I don't know that's worth that much anyway, but it felt great to me since that armor has been sittinng in my stash for weeks.

I got a great one for this. I haven't played in a while so I don't know what these are worth now but back in 1.10 ladder I traded 2 hrs for a Tyreals Might.

It was the rarest item and while it wasn't that great, people loved it as a collectors item since no one had one of em. About a day later I traded it for 15 hrs.

Guess the best trade I've had was for a spare set of dracs. Had been carrying them around for a bit and finally decided just to sell them. I cube puls, so knew I could get at least a pul .. perhaps an um for the gloves (going rate on East).

Entered a game where someone had titled "bring dracs fast"

I was lucky to be the first one there and showed the guy the gloves. The fellow threw a ber in the trade window and hit "ok".

I assume he knew what he was doing and that he was overpaying like mad for the gloves, so took the ber. It was just what I needed to finish the enigma I was working on for my Pally. Maybe the rune was dupped, maybe not. It hardly matters cuz I never left the game with it. It was in the armor 15 seconds after I traded.

Well I wouldn’t know where to start. I’m not much of a player, in the sense that I don’t know the game that well and couldn’t make a good char build without getting a lot of help and advice.
I am however considering myself one of the smartest traders out there (excuse my braggingJ) and that’s the part I enjoy most in the game.
I started playing this ladder about a month ago with an assassin char (the only char I’m capable of playing well). I think all I found myself so far isn’t worth more than 3Ist, and am now sitting on a total net worth of roughly 50Ist.
I don’t scam nor rip off noobs. I just know how to spot profitable deals.
To give an example: I recently traded 3Hrs for a 17/10/9 anni, traded it for 5Hrs, traded 5Hrs for a 20/15/6 anni and traded that one for 9Hrs- a 6Hr profit in 4 trades.
Keep your eyes open for those profit opportunities!

yesterday i did a CRAZY trade..
i found a 4sox archon plate, not eth and no ED
about 440 def,
some guy traded me a coh dusk shroud for my 4s ap and a mal..
i then sold the coh for 2 hrs a few minutes later..
so for a mal and a few pgems i got a ber and 2 ists for it!

A couple of Euro ladders ago a Shako seemed to be worth both an Um or a Pul depending on the buyer.

Game 1: O Shako N Um
Game 2: O Um N 2 Pul
Game 3: O Pul N Shako
Game 4: O Shako N Um
Game 5: O Um N 2 Pul
Game 6: O Pul N Shako
Game 7: O Shako N Um
etc.

The occasional lucky streak would earn an Um every 10 minutes or so.

I remember trading on non ladder a Zod for a fairly high stat Dweb, I dunno if it's the luckiest trade I ever got, but it's the most recent one that I consider as a lucky trade for me.

I would have to say my best trade was when I was online one night bored out of my mind I saw a game that said nTorch4free or something like that. I figured eh why not lets see what scam they're running. Ended up with a torch that hasn't poofed. To make it even better I saw the same guy with a game for a B torch and ended up with 2 free torches in a night.

Last Week I was rushing A new to LOD person Into Hell And in NM at andy I got an Soj..Lucky enough i know..... But to top it off i was showing off about it in chat and a guy offered me Elemental Gc's for it told me to join game xxx/xxx so we went in and i told him it was not really up for trade... He insisted on making me trade..... I got 5 Elemental Gc's Outta him For the One SOJ... And im already wearing BK rings on my Wind druid So you Know I took the offer....BEST TRADE EVER...

Erm...I think that applies to most realms:

Soj >>>> 5 ele gcs.

Maybe with 2-3 ists, even, so I don't think you got yourself a big deal, vice versa..

IIRC, I once sold a very (very) low beast for a perfect hoto + a 20/19 or 19/20 sorc torch.

If he is on East NL then he would have gotten 5 times the deal since in here soj=ele gc in price. Damn I wish I was the one with the soj.

I forgot about this one. There was another time where I joined a game called CoA 4 HR. Knowing to expect it was someone who would somehow try to bull**** me, I simply go in, show him my Ber, and he shows me a very nice CoA. When I check the green, the screen drops and he apologizes saying he clicked the wrong button. When we go back to the trade screen, exactly as I thought he would, he places a fake Crown and quickly checks the green. This time I surprise him and exit, then apologize saying I clicked the wrong button. The guy, thinking I did not notice his fake, quickly repeats the process however this time he places the real CoA by mistake. We quickly trade and we both stand there in silence for a moment. Then the guy says something like, "oh... uh, could we trade back?" and I simply leave. One of the rare times a scam backfires.

My best was probably some crappy unique (I can't remember what it was but I know it was junk) for 4 elemental GCs. I know it aint much for ladder but it's definitely worth it for crap uniques.

Oh, and there's the time where I "traded" a normal rush. It was nothing really fast or fancy but the guy gave me an ohm and a ber at the end. I asked him "are you sure?" and he started talking about how it was so hard to find norm rushed (apparently all the bots were gone, I think this was after the big ban).

Some guy apparently was desperate for some prubys and told me to join a game.I told him right off the bat that I had around 6 or so.What does he bring?A 42 LIFE WC GC which I later swapped for a nice mid-high s torch
Talking about dwebs....I created a game called "Brg Deaths web",I needed dweb but wasn't really desperate for one,the main point in making the game was to mf lol.So some guy pops up and says he has one and tells me to join a game.There he shows me a 2/2/48 dweb(how ironic,just like above post)socketed with a 5/5 psn die facet making it 2/2/53.I asked what he wants and I said I got hrs and then we keep telling each other to offer.In my mind I was willing to pay around 15 hrs for that bad boy.He finally says he would like maybe 5 or 6 hrs.Thanks to that trade I was able to spend the 10 hrs I saved for a 35 spirit :)
