I just found this, not sure if I made the right choice with the -15req/8%ed jewel, its just the fact my level 12 can kick butt, finally! or the merc... and I havent quite tested it in a low level duel yet.. what do low level dueler's use for weaponry? anyhow?

If you don't know how to format certain things, try finding a post that shows it and quote the post - you don't have to post for this, just press quote - and look at the code. In 99% of the cases, this will reveal how that particular thing has been formatted.
Your circlet has good mods, though it lacks certain aspects to really make it useful. it has no skills and just one socket. The ed is nice though I still can't really think of a build to use it.

There was a screenshot in the beginning of the thread (same post as that sick OhmOhm axe) with a +5 nado/armor/cane helm. IIRC it even had 2sox, but I can't remember if it was lvl 30 or if it was higher.

What's the deal with the belt? It must be some sort of PvP item as it doesn't really look like a PvM type thinger.
