Need help with my Sorc

Sup guys, I have a level 73 Sorc with full tall rasha's set and she hits awfull... Her Frozen Orb hits 544-571, I guess I kinda messed up when I made this character because I just added points all over, but this is how I got my skill point distributed so far.

Cold Spells:
Ice Bolt: 24
Ice Blast: 7

I have 19 skills points that I can use, but I haven't used them because I don't know where to put them, she also still dies kinda fast in nightmare, I haven't even hit Hell yet and i'm having kinda of a hard time soloing, like if i try to teleport to do baal runs, i can't do it because I die.

I appreciate all the advice i can get. Oh and also my Shield, rings, boots, and gloves suck. Other than my tal rasha's set this is everything else I got:

Well... I'm no expert, so I'm sure someone will correct me. (and rightly so), but for me.. Full Tal Rasha isn't that amazing, there are many other items that will give you far better ability at surviving in Hell.

Your Vitality is waaayyy to low, so I would suggest pumping nearly everything you have have left in to that.
Energy should have been left at base, except for maybe a few points in there if your struggling early on. With full Tal, you certainly shouldn't need to worry about mana.

Equipment.
Get rid of Sigon's Gauntlets.. great early on, but they suck for later levels, swap them for Frostburns. There fairly cheap, and you won't have to worry about mana.

Rings... well.. in an ideal world everyone would like a couple of Bul-Kathos or SoJ's.. but there pricy, I would go for anything with good resists, and maybe some leech ability.

Boots: StormTravs I found are a good boot for your character. (I think their called that anyway, someone will know what I mean.)

Shield, get rid of the Wall, get yourself a Stormshield. Nuff Said, you've probably got enough in Dex to hit Max block (again I may be wrong there), but that will help you greatly when it comes to tele baaling.

Amulet: get your self Mara's K if you can, but the Tal amu will do.

I know I haven't suggested a full setup, but I don't want to give you wrong information on anything, I'd rather give some and be half helpful.

As for your skill allocation... well.. I'm going to be honest, and say looking at it, I don't beleive you'll ever be able to solo hell confidently with that build. You might be able to do it, if you have the right equipment, but it'll be a struggle.

Cold Skills: If you primary skill is going to be Frozen Orb, then popping a few more in the higher synergies maybe go up to 15 in Blizzard. but your cold placement isn't to bad, so we'll leave that alone.

Lightning Skills: Your never going to use anything other than tele, only 1 point in what you need to get to Tele, and only one point in Teleport. Pre-req's only really.. only you'll be using Teleport.

Fire Skills: Well.... to solo Hell confidently, you need to have a secondry attach this in most cases is Meteor. The reason... most/if not all monsters have an immunity to some kind of element in Hell, so the last thing you want is to wonder in to somewhere, and find out that everything or 90% of everything is cold immune, or your screwed. So a fire attack will let you combat this. You'll need ideally to max out Meteor and maybe again popping a few in the synergies to bump up the overall damage of the attack.

Still leaves lots for synergies .

Get yourself an act 2 Nightmare merc, with the might aura, and make him a tank.

First, your skills are fine except that I never synergize Frozen Orb. Your FO damage is pretty high - remember that the listed damage is per shard. Since you don't have a lot of skill points left, I'd recommend that you put them into firewall and fire mastery. You really should read through some of the sorceress guides in the sorceress forum.

On your stats, why so much energy? Part of your problem is that your vitality is pretty low. How much life do you have?

Gear: No boots? Sandstorm Treks are good boots over all.

I don't know if your rare ring is any good since you didn't list its stats.

Try to get a lidless wall shield. Or maybe a Rhyme or Splendor.

Are you wearing Sigon's Gage for the strength?

EDIT: Correction, full tal's is that amazing.

Rings: I Ravenfrost doesn't help you much since being chilled doesn't affect cast rate. Use a fcr and/or mana ring instead.

Also, since you didn't mention them, I'm going to assume that your resists are really low. You should try to max lightning res, get fire above 50, keep cold positive, and ignore poison.

Thanks so much for the advices, have a few questions for you guys.

1. So pretty much my FO it's not going to get any stronger that what it is?
2. Where do I go to buy this items?
3. How do I max out my resists, because I have never seen any options to add point to that, maybe i'm just missing it.

1. Not much stronger. You can put more points into cold mastery or you can get more +skill gear.
2. Try getting new items using the same methods that got you your current items.
3. Items add to your resists.

You also didn't mention a mercenary. Are you using one? In general, the act 2 desert warriors are about the best merc. Give him a high damage weapon, maxed resists, and life leech and he'll do fine. Make him an Insight Polearm to solve all of your mana troubles.
