funny someone jacked my character name.

On US west 2 seasons ago I had like #10 necro, Free_SoJ. I just saw that name high on the ladder again.

Also anyone know if they ever fixed that whole act5 classic hack thing? I am considering playing some classic if they got rid of that hack.

i haven't seen any of what u mentioned, but there's a different type of problem that plagues classic, at least on the west (realm that i use) but i'm sure its just as prevalent on the otehr realms as well.... a hint at what i'm talking about....u seee too many characters between lvl 90-99 than there should be...and lots of chanted-bo-etc.. lvling up games...... games with only 1 human player actively playing ......but 1-7 other "players" that are NOT controlled by humans are in the game........

i donnt see being boed/ chanted to be cheating on hc. d2loader i do not use but i dont care about other players using it. altho i find the bot where a conviction pally following around a light zon or sorc to be haxxing

you got to be kidding me. they got bots for everything don't they, lol. I heard about cs bot bot palys on expansion to add to the million baal bots. I guess I'll scrap the idea of a classic return.

i was lazy with my comment and wasn't too clear...

i agree with your statement, bo'ed and chanted and conviction, by itself, of course is NOT cheating

but, when a single person has 1-7 such support players in the game who move around without a human controlling them, IS cheating. classic is NOT suppose to have the number of characters between lvl 90 and 99 that it now currently has. illegitate-illegal 3rd party programs are rampant, sadly

I don't think you should let other people determine if you return or not.
Personally, I'm not that bothered by other people. If there are 8 connections in a game with only 1 person actually playing it doesn't really affect you, because you cannot see or join the game.
Starting this late in the ladder you can't really expect to compete in the Ladder anyway. But you can enjoy playing.

eh, it doesn't directly bother me, i just don't like them getting away with such an advantage and breaking the rules. it's bad enough when people do the wrong thing, it's much worse when they get away with it. peeves me to no end who still follows the rules...and doesn't cheat..
