Just found a demaonhide belt with:
+2 light radius
27% cr
21% lr
+20 Stre
+54 life
24% fhr

Must be at leat a gull surely?

multiple sojs probably, or even more (aka real money..), please relate to someone smarter to get the right price check

Definitely one of the best belts I have seen. I'd say 2 sojs at least.
Demonhide belt only needs 20 str to use and it has 4 rows of slots.
CR and LR are two of the most desirable resists. 20 str is perfect.
Belt can only go up to 60 life; 54 is near perfect. 24 Fhr is perfect.

If it required more str to wear like a War Belt or even a Heavy Belt the value would probably go down to 1 soj+

Do not trade your soj for gulls. Let me take a look at some of your rares in game, you might have some items you could trade for gull.

That's DEFINITELY the best belt I've ever seen! Don't trade it if you don't get a really good offer. I would keep it and use it :)

Thank you, Rasputin for suggesting Coldcrow runs. I was going to give up but at 94 runs today I found a gold unidentified dagger. My mouth was wide open for 2 minutes and I wanted to cry. haha

Realitycheck, thanks for telling me not to sell my soj. That'd be sick, I'm on West and my username is *br1anlam7. I still need another gull for my mf barb I'm gonna make so msg me if you get a chance!

Cool, thanks for the eval. if some one had offered me a soj for it before i would have snapped their hand off. Now i have a decent helm, armour and belt i may play around with a PvP boner necro.
