PvP 1v1 Round Robin Results Thread

I'd like to get a few more in before the deadline. I should be on tonight after work, in about 6 hours or so. Hopefully someone else (that can host) will also be around.
 
My home internet's been essentially completely useless for a while now and is showing no signs of improving anytime soon, but sometimes it works. If tonight is one of the sometimeses, I'll host. If not, I really have no idea when I'm going to have the opportunity to get in my last few fights.

I'm home now and *gasp* my internet seems to be working. I'm not expecting it to hold out that long, though, sooo if any of LazySlothman, Gabriel74, SiTro, or Furousti happen to read this, please post here and let me know and I'll toss a game up.

The tournament has reached it's end. Thanks to all that have participated and I hope that you had some interesting duels.

The prize pools had 94 gems in it so the top 3 finishers will get the following:

Zhao - 56
Nazdakka - 28
Silo - 10

Thanks to ZY for the hosting and the maths lessons. Do you do painting, by any chance?

Congrats regardless Zhao, at least I can say I lost to the best person in the tourney. The bad part is I also lost to several other noobs. Must have been asleep or something. :grin:

A lot of people entered a boner necromancer though.

It was very good experience for me. I tried duels againist interesting builds. It was very instructive :smiley:
I hope that next tournament will as soon as :smiley:
 
One thing I felt through the games I played was that I wish I'd had more practice, both with my character and in general at PvP. With Christmas holidays coming up for me I might see if I can start semi-regular pvp games up over the next month or so.

Congrats to Zhao! Bassano also needs a congratulation, he's been a nice surprise in the tournament(I lost 3-1:rant:):thumbsup:.

GM isn't my style, I learned that I'm like a fish on the dry without teleport:tongue:
 
Congrats to ZY and all of the top 3 its ben interesting getting my butt kicked with my very last venomancer. Ill be waiting for the next tourney
 
Hi all,

Firstly, I extend my thanks to Zhao_Yue for initiating this tournament.
Secondly, I apologise to all who have wanted to duel me but did not get a chance to.
Thirdly, forgive me for being rather inactive on the forums lately as I got caught up with various things - e.g. Tertiary education offers.

For what I had done, I had great fun.
I didn't mean for these three sentences to rhyme.
Hopefully I'll be more active in a tournament next time!

I was sceptical about some rules but despite (or maybe because of them? :smiley: ) them it was very nice tourney :thumbsup:

I also hope some new talents that came out of the closet (:wink3:) in this tourney won't vanish from Moor. We need you!
