skills mf cold res LL gloves any good?

How decent are these? My wifes javazon is using laying of hands and I know this is missing ias but what do you guys think?

For a Javazon, those gloves are way better than LoH, since LoH only has the fireres and the IAS working for a Javazon. The 350ed from LoH works for physical damage, so its rather useless for a Javazon.

Javazon gets damage from +skills, making any +javaskills gloves better.
