Hello everyone I got a question is there anyone that have a "loot table" on what mephisto hell can drop because I heard he can't drop like tal's armor Ik armor, CoA and High stuffs like that is that true?

If you download ATMA and have a read of the ATMA Guide, you will find what you need.

ATMA is a single player utility which we use for muling; that doesn't work on the Realms but you can use the built-in drop calculator to tell you the best chances for drops.

You can also use this list of monster TC and mlvl with this list of unique and set items. If a monster can drop a TC and the monster's mlvl >= unique/set qlvl, then the monster can drop the item. ATMA is a more complete resource, but this is good for simple things.
