and what's it benefits of being glitch and not reg?

It just refers to using the cube recipe to socket an ethereal armor. The ethereal bonus is reapplied, granting the armor extra defense.

Yeah pretty much. Which is why these items are worth a little bit more when they get the correct number of sockets for a runeword you are making.

Correct. The number of sockets however will vary.

argh...edit: so if the base def of armor is 600 then we apply etheral bonus...which gets it to 900 and now we cube socket it...will it turn to 1350 or 1200?

It applies to anything that can be socketed using the cube recipe, so we're looking at shields, helms, armors and the like.

I think his 'the like' was a referrance to class specific helms and shields (barb/druid helms and paladin shields can also get this double bonus)
