Question about charge?

does blessed aim secretly add AR to charge?
Will my charger need max blokc because i was thinking just smite other melee guys to death and if the oppenent is a WW char they would kill me anyways even if i had blokc?

I believe BA adds directly to your AR no matter what skill you use, as long as it requires it.

i think it add 5% to your "overall" ar....i not positive..but i remeber reading that on one of the threads here...
