Mule parking

I have noticed if I leave my inventory screen open on my mule he doesn't get timed out for not moving. Is this an old trick I have missed or have I stumbled onto something new?

I think Blizzard's increased the time that it would normally take for a character to time out of a game. For the record, I believe that having the inventory open has no affect on the time it takes for you to drop from the game due to inactivity.

Yes, I was surprised a few times already when I totally forgot to move the char in a mule parking game, and it was still sitting in the game

So it seems the timeout isn't that short.
