Hi. Just thought about this. Ive got a number of ladder only runewords, will they still work now that they have been relegated to n/ladder? Let me know. Thx.

I suspect that approximately 93.436482% of the ladder-reset-threads answer that question.

Yes, the ladder-only items are still there.
Yes, the ladder-only runewords are still there and working as runewords.
No, you cannot take previously-ladder runes and make a ladder-runeword on non-ladder
Yes, your characters are still there

Another thing to try, after skipping every page with that info is to not look at your newly non-ladder'ed character's runewords.
