I need Dentist help

I was wondering what I should make my stats, and what end game gear I should go for, for my Dentist.

Dentist: A Necromancer who relies on Teeth.

but marrows is dead...so the once relatively high dmg is now not much

For this exact eventuality we have The Mouldy Tome: Necromancer Guides, Tips and Tests. In it you'll find a guide for the Dentist. It discusses gear options. If that doesn't give you enough gear you can find the Bonemancer guide in the same sticky. It lists a lot of gear.
