the ladderreset and i was plannaing to make a smiter...
lol and how do you up a zak???i know you cant on non ladder but is regular zak good too (for smiters)

yes you can still do them on nl.

No, It can only be done on (L)
You'll need a Ko, a Lem rune & a Perfect diamond.
Put the HOZ with the Ko, Lem, Perfect Diamond in your horadric cube and transmute them. (L) Only!

I think what he means is yes you can TRADE for upped Zak on NL.
You can also use a regular zak.
