Maybe someone can clear this up for me before I waste High Runes...

Can previous ladder runewords be made/created on non-ladder, now that the ladder has been reset.

In other words, can I make a Faith Bow on [NL] tonight?

Or, are those runewords still considered "Ladder Only Runewords"?

Ladder only runewords can only be made on ladder.

So to answer your question, no.

That really is disapointing though... I was sure that when ladder reset, those runewords would be "released" to the non-ladder folks.

No, but the ones you made on ladder will be able to be used, but not created, on nonladder.
