You get your first Compass when entering World Tier 3 and completing the Questline "[[The Eyes of the Enemy]]" in Zarbinzet ([https://www.purediablo.com/diablo4/map/#id=71d5c5d9-5bdd-44e3-a8a7-016a1ff72de0 Map]). A Tier 1 Compass will be rewarded to you.

Infernal Compasses come in different Tiers presenting an increasingly difficult challenge in the Infernal Horde. Only Tier 1 is available in World Tier 3. You need to be in World Tier 4 to access higher-tier Infernal Hordes.

Infernal Compasses can be found or crafted:

*[[Occultist]] - By crafting Sigil Dust

Right-click to activate the Compass in the Consumables tab of your inventory, and select the Dungeon highlighted on the Map and you'll transported directly there.

They can be upgraded to a higher tier by using an Abyssal Scroll or by crafting them at the [[Occultist]] from Sigil Dust.
