Diablo 4 has Gone Gold

It’s been a while since I’ve seen a “gone gold” message but Blizzard has not disappointed and announced Diablo 4 is now gold.

For those of you too young to remember the days of every game having “gone gold” it means the final code is done and the CDs are now approved for manufacturing, In other words, it’s done and complete.

I of course say complete but that’s only for the CD contents, there will more than likely be a day-one patch to add or change anything before we actually start playing. Some of the fixes and changes mentioned the other day could be part of that patch.

Still, a day to remember for sure. Diablo 4 has “gone gold”!
