Ok, I got an answer here saying that the bugs you might have to consider are:
  • The 1.10 charges bug that was fixed with 1.11
  • Arctic Blast/Inferno are still bugged.
    • It does 1/3 listed damage because of the way they did the damage areas for the animation.
