Tal Rasha's Chamber is located in the Tomb of Tal Rasha in Act II, only reachable through completing The Seven Tombs quest and opening a hole in the wall to enter the Chamber.

The is the final part of Tal Rasha's Tomb, and first of all holds Duriel in the first chamber you jump in to. This used to include some loading time, and many premature adventure deaths, but is fixed in later patches.
Still, never hurts to be on your guard when you fight Duriel! He also still hits fast and his Smite ability stuns, so regardless, he's a hard nut to crack.
When Duriel is defeated, the door opens up to the rest of the chamber, where you'll find Tyrael chained to the pillar. Talking to him will inform you of what has happened, and that you must continue to Kurast and both continue chasing the Dark Wanderer as well as defeating Mephisto.
Level Information
- Monster levels are usually always equal to the area level with exception to uniques (mlvl +3) and champions (mlvl +2).
- Tal Rasha's Chamber is technically part of Tal Rasha's Tomb
