Before the holidays fully begin, the final Diablo 4 quarterly update of 2020 is here. This time there’s an update on the newer skill tree, and finally some updates on Itemisation. Read on to find out how development is going.

There’s been some shuffling around of positions at Blizzard recently, and for Diablo 4, David Kim has left the team and been replaced by Joe Piepiora.

The Diablo community management team has expanded with the addition of Tom Powers. Some of you may not know Tom but he’s been part of the Blizzard team for a while.

There’s always a lot of debate and discussion within the community on how best to monetise Diablo. Blizzard is now looking at how that can be done with this new Diablo 4 Job Opening to direct how they will make cash from the game once it’s live.

We’re always keeping an eye on Diablo IV jobs and a new one has just opened up at Blizzard. This week Blizzard is seeking a Narrative Designer and perhaps that could be you. Diablo 3’s dialogue was a real hit and miss affair so let’s hope they find the right person.
